Here is the info:
- Date: Saturday, August 13, 2022
- Time: 11:15 am - 12:30 pm – Set up starts at 10 am and vendors need to be ready to go by 11 am.
- Stop by the Vendor check-in table by the door you enter in.
- Where: Gilbert High School - 1101 East Elliot Road Gilbert, AZ 85234.
- Please remember to bring your own table unless you rented one through us.
- We will have a Bingo card for Parents to get checked off at each booth. Once they have it all filled out, they have a chance to win the grand prize!!!
- Raffle item: please keep your raffle item at your booth. This year you are responsible for holding your own raffle at your booth. Once you have collected the names of the people that visited your booth, please draw a winner at the end of the Expo and call them directly. Please let GPS VNET know who won your prize so we can publish it.
- All parents will be in classes while you are setting up, the classes are over at 11:15am so you should see a rush of parents at that time.
- Remember having something to offer them (i.e., water bottle, treat, or free stuff) will draw them to your booth for sure!!
Please use the parking lot on the east side of the school. Enter on Lakeview Drive. Please park in the Student Parking lot. Enter through the North doors by the cafeteria.
