Welcome to our 15th Annual Expo. We are excited to announce that we will continue to hold our Vendor Expo in conjunction with our Annual VNET Kickoff. If you are interested in joining in this event, please sign up as soon as vendor registration begins as space is limited!
The Expo is from 11:15 am - 12:30 pm on Saturday, August 5th. Training classes will be offered to the Parent Organizations in the morning and then they will be directed to the Vendor Expo to meet the vendors.
In an effort to make this day worthwhile as possible, her are some of the things we are doing.
- Inviting the entire Gilbert Public School District, Elementary, Junior High and High Schools to attend this event.
- Inviting all Parent Organizations, Student Councils, and Boosters (including, but not limited to Football, Baseball, Band, Orchestra, etc.). We are anticipating parents, not students to attend.
- Parent Organizations will be encouraged to sign vendors up on that day.
- Worksheets and other papers will be handed out to help them organize their year and also to encourage them to sign up vendors at the Expo.
- Classes are being offered throughout the day, in addition to a mandatory District class which will this be a big draw for the Parent Organizations to come to the Expo.
- We will also give everyone in attendance a BINGO Sheet and a chance to win a grand prize. Attendees can only qualify if they visit every vendor at the Expo.
- In addition, we will make your information available to each organization in attendance.
